- For the security reasons, Parents are requested to see that in case your word needs leave, the application should reach the school at least a day in advance and for unforeseen reasons it should reach on the same day.
- In case your child is going to be absent for formative test/terminal examination you are required to submit as application personally the day before the test andget it sactioned. Exemption will be given only in the case of illness or some emergency. In case of illness, a medical certificate must accompany the application.
- Late comers should get the permission of the Principal before they enter class.
- Students are strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones, camera and correction fluid bottles to school.
- CD and electronic devices of any type is not allowed without the explicit permission of the Class teacer/Principal.
- Students are not allowed to miss the exam of minor papers as they are equally important for the promotion to the next class. Parents have to get the leave sactioned personally during formative test/exam days.
- Playing in class rooms and on corridors is strictly prohibited.
- Parents or Guardians of students are bound to make goods any damage caused to school property.
- The school will take all possible care and precaution to safeguard the children when they are in the school campus. However, it will not be held responsible for an mishap during their stay in the school. First-Aid will be rendered immediately without delay.
- Parents are encouraged to have children undergo medical examination regularly for general well-being specially dental, eye and ear care.
- The students who wish to get their photographs attested by the school must be photographed in their school uniform.
- A student returning to school after suffering from the infectious or contagious diseases should produce a doctor certificate to the effect that the child is fit to rejoin.
